Instructions to clear Internet Explorer, Microsoft EDGE and Google Chrome cache.

Delete Internet Explorer Cache:
Open Internet Explorer
Click on the gear at the top right and then select Internet Options
Under Browsing History section, please select Delete
When the Delete Browsing History box appears, please make sure Preserve
Favorites Website Data is unchecked.
The only option necessary for clearing cache is the Temporary Internet Files and Website Files. It is not necessary to clear Cookies and Website Data or History.
Once the necessary boxes are checked, select Delete.
After you receive the message saying that this has been completed, please close out of the browser and try it again.

Delete Google Chrome Cache:
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click on the (3) dots.
Click More tools, Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything select All time.
Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
Click Clear data. please close out of the browser and try it again.

Delete Microsoft Edge Cache:
Open Microsoft Edge. Select Settings and more (the icon that looks like three dots).
Select Settings. In the Settings sidebar, select Privacy and services.
Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear. Check, Browsing History, Cookies and Saved Website Data, Cached data and Files, Tabs I’ve set aside or recently closed. Then Clear. please close out of the browser and try it again.

How to clear cache on iPhone & iPad:
Open Settings.
Swipe down and tap Safari.
Swipe down again and tap Clear History and Website Data, tap it once again to confirm.

How to clear cache on Android Phones:
Open Settings and select Storage.
In the resulting list, tap the Other Apps entry. This will take you to a list of all the apps installed on your phone.
Choose an app that holds a lot of cache files. You can tap the three-dot menu in the top-right and choose Sort by size to see which apps take up the most space. We’ll use Chrome as an example.
On the app’s info page, tap the Clear Cache option.
