DD Vending Web Site Instructions:
To purchase commissary items or fund an inmate account for purchases, please log into the following website:
Once there, you will need to create an account if you have not already done so. This will require a valid email address for Order verifications, receipts, and to recover your password if you ever need to.
Purchase must be made by a credit card. (NOTE: Prepaid cards and Debit cards are not accepted. Use of one of these types of cards will be declined and funds may be held in a pending state by your bank for 5 to 7 days)
The profile name and address on your account must match the mailing address used for your bank credit card statement. This address will be validated at the time of purchase and the purchase will be declined if not a 100% match.
To add money to an inmates account, click on “Purchase Gift Voucher” follow instructions on the site and on the second page, remember to review the terms and conditions on the second page and check the box or the transaction will not complete.
To purchase commissary items, go to the “Store” tab on the home page and make your selections. Add your selections into your “Cart”
Once complete, go to “Checkout”. Complete the credit card information, (NOTE: Card number and address information will be stored and populated for future purchases but the security code,3 or 4 digits, will be required for each time you make a purchase.) To find an inmate name type the first 3 letters of the first name and click on “search inmate”. From the selections shown, select the correct name by clicking on the radio button to the left of the name. On the left side, select deliver to inmate. There is no additional charge for shipping if the products are delivered to the jail.

Refunds upon release:
Once an inmate has been released, DD Vending will receive instructions from the Jail on the money to be refunded and the address to mail the funds to. This notification occurs weekly on Wednesday mornings. Once the file is received, DD Vending processes the file, cuts and signs the checks and inserts them in to the US Mail typically by Friday of the week received. NOTE: Refunds are only made on balances that are higher than $5.00
You may call DD Vending and we can check to see if we have received notification, and what address the check will be delivered to. Since we only receive the file weekly on Wednesday, it may be 7 to 10 days from the release date before the detail is available.
