Citizens Against Substance Abuse or CASA is the local coordinating council for a drug free Dearborn County, Indiana. Since 1989, committed and active Dearborn County citizens have been improving lives through substance abuse awareness. Here you will find information regarding our efforts to make Dearborn County a safe drug free place to live, work and play. You can view our Public Service announcements, help us by taking our parents survey or use our links to other informative sites.
